Problems with i5 2500k

I am having problems with my build, I havent even got a bootup screen, no BIOS, EVERYTHING is getting power
My components are;
i52500k
ASRock p67 Extreme4
Corsair XMS3 1600mhz memory
GTX 560 Ti
Corsair TX 650w PSU
WD 640gb hd 7200rpm

I think it is the processor, what is your opinion?
