BIOS won't load

I just built my very first computer and installed windows/drivers and everything was perfect..

Specs: AMD FX-6100
MSI 870-g54
8gb G.skill Sniper ram
MSI Radeon 6850
Raidmax 500w PSU

So I thought I should use the core unlocker.. well, when I enabled it my computer shut down. When I tried to restart it, all the fans and lights come on, but no bios screen. My monitor tells me there is no display connected.

Is there anyway I can do this?
