Hello,
I just want to ask for some examples of cpu caches: brand, capcity, and cost.. thanks!

Your question is many years out of date.

Modern CPUs have several levels of caching, but they are all included on the CPU chip, so you don't get a choice of brand/capacity/cost. All you do is choose a CPU, and the caches are set by that choice.

Level I cache is ultra-high-speed, sitting right next to the functional components of the CPU. Typically quite small - 8K to 32K is about normal. May be split into instruction and data cache, or may be unified.

Level II cache is high-speed, and acts as an intermediary between the Level I cache and the rest of the system. Typically much larger than Level I - may be anywhere from 64K to 256K or larger, sometimes even megabytes.

Level III cache is optional - some CPUs have Level III, some don't. Usually measured in megabytes of size. I have seen CPUs have 4MB, 6MB, or even more Level III cache.

All these levels are on the CPU die.
