Ram upgradation

Hi ,

I am using Dell studio laptop ,it cameup with

2Gb SdRam(1066 MHz),

and i hava

Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor T6500 (2.10GHz/ 800 FSB/ 2MB Cache)

and i want to upgrade the ram to 4gb which is better for me please can any one suggest me .

Sandy what windows do u have? x32bit or x64bit?

I am asking, because if u have x64bit windows, why not go with 8GB?
