Need new motherboard. ideas?

removing your system memory will prevent POST, you will need some ram in the system to test it properly before you try anything else.

all 3 of those boards look good. I would probably go with the Intel board as it is smaller and more likely to fit in your box. Keep in mind that HP and Dell do not necessarily follow the ATX standard. Dell for example is almost exclusively BTX now, which makes it hard to put in a standard motherboard. HP tends to use ATX-style cases where the holes are ever so slightly moved so that it is a pain or impossible to replace with a stock mobo. If worse comes to worse then you need to buy a cheap standard ATX case to throw everything in, but I would try it in the HP case first.
