RMA was delivered per their instructions and signed for and not another word from them. They closed rma and support tickets and they are tough to get by phone.

DON NOTT BUY ENERMAX UNLESS YOU WANT TO GAMBLE $250.

Unit failed after about 30 hours. Only running @ 75% rated power.

Just my experience with them.

I agree with hunter315! About 10 business days is not an excessive time period to hear from them.

RMAs are designed to deal with issues like this in a professional manner, and avoid un-necessary phone calls that disrupt the business day (drives up costs).

Same for rebates.

As strange as it may seem, the stock for RMAs is separate from the general stock. Both may be stocked on adjacent skids (pallets) in the stock room, but stock transfers are not permitted. If the RMA stock is down, they have to wait for the next production run for fresh stock.

Glad everything worked out.

BTW, hunter315 deserves the 'Best Answer'
