9800GT Hangs with all the drivers, Help!!!

I wanted to ask that, when ever I install any Graphics card driver for my XFX Nvidia 9800GT
in my win7 Ultimate edition it starts hanging my all the programs even it hangs the
display in bios screen. it also boots the windows very slow. otherwise without installing any
driver it doesnt hangout the windows. i have tried all the latest and old driver, I need some
help to figure can anyone tell me???
