Recommendations for this System AGP

Dell Dimension 4500
Pentium 4 2.0ghz northwood core.
Power supply is a 650w Corsair TX650.
AGP 4x port.
1Gig ram
Windows XP 32 bit Home Edition.
Current Graphics card. ATi Rage 128
I just want Direct x 9.0c in this machine
whats the fastest (within reason and bottleneck considered) Radeon or GeForce that is STILL SOLD that I can put in this machine for $30-$60 bucks.

Anyone of these cards will do, you'll not have a bottleneck because of the processor or the card :)  Since AGP slots can't pass on too much data as it is..... so cards built for AGP systems ie boards with AGP Slots were well within the bottleneck limits.....

try to see which one you like best and fits your budget from here

You have a AGP 4X Slot, so it's not going to function to it's maximum capacity thus will avoid a bottleneck..... yes it will work without a glitch...... your processor is 2GHz that's pretty fast enough to handle the AGPs load....
