PSU - Either the 650w or 750w PSU will work fine, but opt up to the 750w if the budget allows.

GPU - Choosing between those two GPUs is more of a question of which vendor you like best....

MB - The ASUS board you linked to is a Micro board. Either of those boards will do you well, but I would go with the ASUS P8P67.
