I have the GIGABYTE GA-Z68AP-D3 motherboard and a Corsair CX600 PSU, and I cant seem to figure out which cable to plug into ATX12V (4 pins). Theres an 8 pin cable which has 4 pins that would fit into it, im just not sure if thats the cable.

Can anyone help?

Thanks!

usually transparently white as the color of power connector, 8pins separated into 4pins x 2.
The other 6pins probably separated into 4pins x1 + 2pins x 1 mostly for peripheral device such as vga card.
They are error-proof designed.

Yep, checked cable further and it does split (took awhile to figure out how).

Got first custom computer up and running, checking temps. System temp 30C, CPU temp 25C... seems good
