ASRock P67 EXTREME4 GEN3 Code 19 Error

Just got this broad with i7-2600k and G Skill Memory
Eventually took everything apart, the board seems to power up and give me and error 19 then power down then power up to give me error 19 again, almost like.
I am an older Cc Power and Cooling psu 1000W.
Any ideas?

Got hold of rev 3 version of this board and had same debug code.
bought new bios chip from ebay £8 approx and resolved it straight away!
