CPU upgrade for xw6200

Hello,

I want to upgrade a single CPU xw6200 (single 2.8) to double 3.80 GHz but don't really want to pay the premium price for the HP PH202A.

I've noticed a variety of Intel 3.8 chips that seem to match the specs of the PH202A - is there a specific unit that should be used?

Look for an 800 MHz FSB rating on the processor.

Most of what I see as alternatives to the HP specified unit are 800 MHz FSB, but there seem to be differences (SL7ZB, SL8P2, and probably others). As long as the processor matches the FSB speed...will it work, or should I be considering other specs of the CPU?
