$1000-$1300 gaming system

Just wondering what would the best prebuilt setup would be for my price range of $1000-$1300. Don't have any preferences except that the setup include a nice 23+" monitor and includes windows 7. Buying from newegg/best-buy/tiger direct/ or circuit city.
