Cx 500 issue

Sir i hv corsair cx 500 which i bought yesterday i installed it properly and when i power my pc then it start for few sec and turn off whats the problem spec: intel dg41rq,e5400,gts 450 zotac,2gb ddr2 kingston,seagate hdd 500gb,sony dvd rw,psu cx 500

What was the reason to change the PSU? Was the old PSU determined to be the source of any problems?

the main reason of changing psu is gfx and my old psu is 450w crap

In order to pin-point the problem, can you try running with the old PSU? Even briefly.

Is the square connector with 2 yellow wires and 2 black wires conneced to the CPU's power?

Ya my computer run fine with my old psu and my corsair psu dont run on other machine it has same issue in other pc
