Should I update bios on my Sabertooth 990fx

I have a Sabertooth 990FX motherboard with a Phenom II 965 processor. I am currently using bios 0705 and was wondering if the newest bios 0901 would work with the Phenom II. I just remember reading on Tom's, when they had the article when the new FX processors first came out, saying that the then updated bios for the FX chips would cause the Phenom II chips not to work correctly. I was just wondering if this is still true or has that been fixed?

I see you posted this almost a month ago, but just in case you missed it a new bios is out that addressees your issue...

SABERTOOTH-990FX BIOS 1102
1.Improve system stability.
2.Enhance compatibility with some USB devices.
3.Patch system hanged when use AM3 1090T or 1100T CPU.

I'm still on 0705 with an 1100T and was wondering what this hang was all about with the 1100T. Every time I update my bios I'm unstable @ 4GHz so, I always go back to 0705.
