Hello, I've finally come up with the money to get a new graphics card.

I can get a 1 GB Sapphire 6850 for $175, and in another year I could get a second one and run it in crossfire.

A 1 GB HIS 6870 for $225. Once again I could wait a while and get a second one.

Or finally a 2 GB HIS 6950 for $300.

So my budget right now is about 230$ BUT I can wait a little and come up with $70 for the 6950 if it's the better choice.
Also I'm wondering if my 800 watt psu could actually handle two 6870s.

I7 975X 3.33ghz quad core
6GB RAM
Asus p6t SE
GTS 250 1GB
800 Watt psu.

Nvidia isn't an option for me as my motherboard does not support SLi.

HD6850 for $160 after MIR http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0047ZGIUK?ie=UTF8&tag=sotobebl-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B0047ZGIUK

All three cards are pretty good so you can't go wrong with any of them but for the best value I would recommend either the 6850 or 6870 (plus, both currently fit within your budget right now). Between the two, I would choose the 6850 just because it can handle all the games I play right now and it's cheaper. When you do actually need some extra horsepower a few months down the road or so, grab another 6850.
