Acer aspire

Good day! My acer aspire 4741G freezes to window screen. Im using win7. I tried all the options on F8 but nothing happened. also clicked Altgr+F10 but it shows on "please wait a moment". I waited for almost 2 hours but still nothing happens...please help...tnx in advance

Unplug from mains / AC power

Remove battery for 5 minutes

Hold, and keep depressed the [Insert] key, if it has one.

Plug back into mains / AC power, keep the battery out if possible.

Try cold booting and let me, well 'us', know the results.
