Error Code 62 on new build.

Just got all my parts home and got everything set up, but after installing my Windows 7, I keep getting the error 62 code from Asrocks Dr.Debug. My speccs are as following:


ASRock P67 Extreme 4 Sandy Bridge
Intel Core i5 2500 Sandy Bridge
XFX Radeon HD 6950 XXX (1 GB)
Samsung 1000 GB F3 32 MB
Corrsair 2x2048MB Dominator GT 1600MHz
Cooler Master GX - 650W

I have only installed Windows 7, sound/lan/cd/dvd and my graphics drivers. Any idea what's causing the issue (Error code 62 = Installation of the South Bridge Runtime Services)?

Hello eowynn;

Have you run through a Windows Update cycle yet?
Hopefully there's an updated driver available that Windows Update will find for you.
