Ok this is my first attempt at a build but seem to be hung up on a motherboard. I would like to have buy a P67 but it seems that the 1155 are sold out at the moment.I have posted one in the links to show you what i was thinking but im still a little over my budget so i may need to come down some. Also im not 100% sure if everything works together but again that is why im posted here and would appriciate any help before i start ordering from Newegg. Also I'm i missing anything?

Your parts list seems pretty well thought out. Do you have a CD\DVD Drive? And for OCing you will need a cooler, a good budget cooler is a Cooler Master Hyper212+, you can always buy that later if you are unsure about OCing.

If you do SLi you will be limited to 8x 8x instead of 16x 16x, which would be about a 3% performance decrease.

Well, you'll want a Disc drive. Those are only about $20 though. Also, for Windows 7, get the OEM editions, it'll save you $80 and the only thing you don't get is the fancy plastic case, and the useless support form Microsoft. Everything else looks compatible. Lastly, If you are going to overclock you will NEED and after market CPU cooler. Thx for the reply. Ive edited my post to reflect a change in the cd/dvd drive and changed the windows software to the OEM. Im still about $100 dollars over budget and thinking maybe i could make a change in Motherboard (Which i;m not even sure is best for me as is) and a change in Case ( thinking maybe a Mid tower)

The 902 V3 is also a good case.

There are cheaper motherboards but they would cripple future SLi or Crossfire capability (second slot will only run at 4x)

The GPU you listed has a 20 dollar MIR which would bring it down to 339.99

OK iv'e decided to go with the MSI P67A-G45 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 that Dyer recommended and have added the Cooler Master Hyper 212. I'm sitting at $1493 with the COOLER MASTER HAF 932 Advanced RC-932 $159.98 I'll need to cut at least another $50 out of this build and the only place i see to do this is at the tower. I would like to get some recommendations on full tower cases for about $100 but if i have to i can move down to the Nine Hundred Two V3 Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case for $109..???

If you like the design of the Cooler Master HAF series of cases, there are the HAF 912, and the HAF 922. They are both mid towers but both very nice cases. I have the HAF 912 and it fits my Radeon HD 6950 (about 11 inches) GPU. In this case you can remove 5 HDD bays to fit very long cards.
