Where is the wow settings

Hello,
which folder of wow has the settings in?

need more info...but,

Video and Sound settings can be done from the sign-in (log-in) startup screen. On the right, click on options.

In the game, you can press the escape button untill you get the main menu to pop up, then click on options button there.

If something is wrong with your installation, then double-click on the Repair icon in your WoW installation directory and that should fix your problem.
