SFF compiled for a building newb

Hello; thanks for taking a peek

Trying to put together a SFF pc and I'm a totally newb to the new tech in the past 5 (seriously) years.

I do need to buy soon though and was hoping the community could review and provide feedback on this build:

I'm trying to stay around $1000 and I am comfortable upgrading parts in the future. What I'm not comfortable with is which options maximize value (especially in the CPU & vid card options). Main purpose will be for multimedia & some gaming (not hardcore yet- looking for the option to upgrade in the future).

Any thoughts and direction will be appreciated. thanks in advance!

I'm playing League of Legends & Starcraft 2. I play a lot of console games but considering switching over in the next rotation of console generations.

whoops; currently using a 1680x1050 but that might change soon.

Part of the reason i'm looking for sff is b/c I'm moving. Might mean I'll pick up a new monitor so resolution might increase.

can you build a pc yourself. (you could save a good amount of cash)
