Looks like a great build, for a gaming only build i think 8GB RAM is a bit overkill but theres no harm in it i suppose. I have that case myself and it's great :), bit of a pain to build into but nice and cool and surprisingly quiet. One problem you are going to have though is that you wont be able to fit the side fan on with a CM Hyper 212+ cooler, i also have one of those and i ended up having to put the side fan on my cooler instead.

this is actually the first build that i am doing, so kinda scary saying the case is hard >.>... and good to know about the cooler barely fitting.. lol, oh well...

If you can find it, the XFX 850 (which is just a rebranded Corsair) for below $100. I think the question for the PSU is whether or not you plan on tossing in a second GPU. If so, I don't know if that PSU is going to work.

A slightly wider case (HAF-X or 600T) would give you a little more room for the side fan.

plain and simple. i trust seasonic...

i'm pretty sold on seasonic for my power supply.. somethings are worth paying more for imo... case wise. not sure i need that side fan until i start adding more crap to it.. or 2nd gpu

and not really worried about my power supply handling future upgrades, unless i decide to go balls to the wall etc..
