:hello:
I recently built a new PC based on the HD6870 card. I have an eVGA 9800GTX+ from my old build, just gathering dust. Would it be worthwhile to install it with my 6870 and do the hack to enable Physx, or is that more trouble than it is worth?

Thanks in advance! :bounce:

It's more trouble than it's worth unless you're one of these ZOMG PHYSX FTW!!!!1!! people.

Worth it if you really really like having physx. Personally its the entire reason I always use Nvidia instead of AMD, so I would have to do it if I had an AMD build.

Its not very hard to do or anything like that, so totally worth it if you want it that bad.

I don't know if it's worth the trouble, but if it was me I might do it simply because it was there assuming a good PSU and good case temperatures. I say go for it, try a few games with PhysX, and then decide if you want to keep it in there ^_^

It depends on if you play any PhysX games. If you play Mafia 2 or Batman: Arkham Asylum, for example, it would be highly recommended.
