GPU:nvidia 250gts[1GB ram modal]

i have in my hand around 400USD
i want to upgrade my Motherboard to DDR3 and ofc getting new rams(i want it the motherboard with 2 GPU output )
so what do you guyz recommend as motherboard /ram
and I'm going to buy 2TB HDD with 7200RPM Western Digital,is that a good chose ?

in the long range[not now xD later when i get more cash ofc]

do you think that i should get new GPU or another 250gts and use the 2 on SLI
and about my CPU I'm thanking of getting I7"not now though"
If I'm not wrong if i do this later i have to change the motherboard again >.< right ?
