Tags: New Build Systems Product Last response: April 3, 2011 4:04 PM in Systems Share Hahaha10000 April 2, 2011 4:13:08 PM hey guys I am new to the forum just wondered if you could help, I am planning to build a new pc for gaming/ general web surfing ect. The specs I have thought out so far are: Intel Desktop Board DQ57TM Executive Series GIGABYTE GV-N440TC-1GI NVIDIA GeForce GT 440 Graphics Card Intel Core i5-750 Quad Core 2.66GHz 8MB Processor I don't need anything too fancy just want to play latest games without difficulty, I would like to keep the cost below £400 and I already have case DVD/CD drive and HDDs, but will have to buy ram and psu. Any advice for any improvements? Ok well what graphics card would you recommend for around the same price (approx £80 - that's British pounds not US dollars) Youed, what processors would you recommend for about the same price and I usually prefer Intel if that's possible. batuchka April 3, 2011 11:41:46 AM +1 youed For 400ish quid u really could do far far better than a GT440 and hit a full on ATX/OCable platform capable of AM3+ chip support so 442quid, remove case, hdd/odd and its all good (371 quid) ^^ MSI announces full compatibility with future AM3+ processors http://guru3d.com/news/msi-announces-full-compatibility... http://event.msi.com/mb/am3+/ aznshinobi April 3, 2011 2:41:49 PM ^ Don't trust that PSU at all.
