Problem in matherboard with serial port

I have one problem in matherboard ( Pivat ) with serial port . The problem is: serial port in bios are ok, but the device d'ont are

The driver in device manager are ok,
but wen I connecting the device with serial port recognizes me not
Probably is the problem in the matherboard?

Yes are the driver for this device.
The device is receipt printer
