Simple, No.

A router connects disimliar networks.

A hub is old technology that really isn't used much anymore. You'll want a switch.

A switch connects computers on a network. A router acts as an ending point of your network and a connecting point to another network.

Most home routers you buy have a 4 port switch built into the back of them which causes confusion. This is a router and a switch combo.
