Overall the 9800Pro is better. It is an older somewhat high end card that is still more powerful than the newer value HD 4350.

Thanks for the quick answer. I have the 9800 PRO and on YOUTUBE videos it can't keep up with the videos, and keeps stopping and waiting for the buffer.
My other computer has an X1600 and never hesitates. So I may as well not install this HD4350, then. Thanks for the update.
What would you say is the best AGP card out there?

LMAO, that has nothing to do with your graphics card ... its your connection, its slow ...

Actually both of my computers are using the same Cable system high speed connection. So therefore the only difference must be in the computers; I am sure the video card is the limiting factor. But I can be convinced if there is something else causing the problem.
Oh, it is not only on the internet, but sometimes when I am editing videos the playback is jumpy also.

Did they make a 512MB 9800pro? Most were 128MB, and a few of the higher end ones had 256MB. I don't remember hearing about any that had 512MB. I'm also not sure the 4350 is slower. I don't follow slower cards that much so I could be wrong.
