lol. he did not specify what his spec nor what he intend to do with it. 5570 is roughly on par with GT240. GT430 was meant to replace GT220 but the performance still slower than GT240 in games

any PCI-E should be fine. does your budget can only get you 5570?

With that kind of setup, you should get a 6850.

If the 5570 is all you can afford, then that's fine, though I would save up a bit more for something better.

people decide on cards depending on their needs. at low resolution even 5570 is sufficient for playing games. just don't expect it will run the game flawlessly especially the one that very GPU intensive such as crysis or metro. if you don't game much or does not play games at all then 5570 should be perfect for you. but if you do have gaming in mind then something like 5670 is much better to have if you can afford it. it all depends on you on much you can spend for the cards.
