Intel dg41rq motherboard review

Hello,
I'm using this board from last two years on XP S 3. Recently it started giving a problem on its Lan card. I need to reinstall it every time to get the network icon on the system tray. It shows new hardware found everytime i start my system and the network icon vanishes and I see a red on device manager. I' really fed of it. I tried reinstalling OS but all waste. Please help
