PC Setup Advice

Ok so there's some local offer here ( Not US) and they sell prebuilt pc's cheaper than if you would build it by your own. I got a tight budget so i chose some of those setups but can't really figure what to get . Any advice would be nice.

Setup 1 :
AMD Athlon II X2 250 3.0GHz,
4GB DDR3 1333MHz,
ASUS AMD M4A87TD
PALIT nVidia GeForce GT430/1GB (LP),
Western Digital 500GB 7200 16MB SATAII Caviar Green

Setup 2

PALIT GeForce GTS450 1GB DDR5

~400$ too.

And the expensive one :

So which one is the best price/performance balanced machine?

All listed systems do not list the PSU. A good Power supply is very important.

It comes with a case in all of those and its a 500W one ( non-branded i guess as it doesnt say anything)
