Catia problems with windows 7 home & nvidia

Hello,
I have installed catia v5 r17 on a acer aspire 5750G (windows 7 home, nvidia geforce gt 540M)and it works fine, but as soon as i try to open a second part or product it comes up with a blank window. i fear it might be a driver problem or maybe something about grafics settings. can anyone help me please?!

I took the notebook back to the store and bought a lenovo thinkpad with NVidia quadro graphics

The problem seems to be caused by the graphics driver but unfortunately acer offers almost no updates so there wasn´t much hope to fix the bug.

Hope you can find a way to solve the problem.
