I am trying to verify if I have latest BIOS and update if possible as now running on WIN7 and getting BSODs.
MSI Live Update 5 fails as it says "only MSI products". My mobo is nVidia setup.

Please excuse lack of knowledge.

How can I confirm I have latest BIOS and how can I update this using MSI/nVidia ?

What info I can get so far:

You probably can't update through Windows cause the program isn't Win7 compatible. You can try running it in compatibility mode and see if that works.

MSI's website SUCKS, this is all I could find about your box:
http://www.msi.com/product/mb/K8N-SLI-FI--F.html#/?div=...

Maybe a quick call to them or email to have them provide you actual download links?

Thanks Scottie.
I came to same conclusion, especially as thier Live Update 5 just tells me it only works with MSI products.
Trouble is cant get Live Update 4 from anywhere as I believe this was latest prior to Win 7.
Ah well maybe have to shell out for new Mboard that can take my Athlon x2.

Will drop them an email, but not expecting anything :)
