Windows xp will not let me sign in?

Hello,
I think a network was turn on.
reboot comes back w/new login
screen.will not accepect password
can not sign in??

You have two options :
1-try to log in safe mode and run last known good configuration
2-try to use a software called Winternals admin ( you boot with this disk and you can change the password of the administrator of your xp
