I have a very similar rig to what you're thinking.

* 1 x ASUS DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS Black SATA 24X DVD Burner

* 1 x COOLER MASTER Hyper 212 Plus RR-B10-212P-G1 "Heatpipe Direct Contact" Long Life Sleeve 120mm CPU Cooler

* 4 x HITACHI Deskstar 7K3000 HDS723020BLA642 (0f12115) 2TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

* 1 x NZXT Phantom PHAN-001WT White Steel / Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case

* 1 x MSI P67A-GD65 (B3) LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

* 2 x MSI N560GTX-TI Twin Frozr II/OC GeForce GTX 560 Ti (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI

* 1 x CORSAIR Professional Series AX750 750W ATX12V v2.31 / EPS12V v2.92 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Modular Active PFC

* 1 x Intel Core i5-2500K Sandy Bridge 3.3GHz (3.7GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor

* 1 x G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model

I ended up purchasing a 140mm NZXT fan for the front of my case for my HDDs and soon to be SSDs. I also threw out the fan that came with my cooler master cause it was loud and off center. I took one of the 120mm fans from the side and used that on the cooler.

My temps are outstanding on idle, and even the max load has only ever reached 42C. So for what you want to put in the case you'll have no problem.
