Card Reader installation question?

Hi i have a asus p5g41t-m lx3 and i would like to install a old emachines t3626 digital media manager that is a card reader but only the card reader part, not the usb or audio part. Is the asus p5g41t-m lx3 compatible with it , like where would i put the cord , the cord is like a 4pin cable like thing but it also has where there would be another pin well i mean hole but yeah but it is covered in blocked

That is actually a USB cable and it connects to a USB header on your motherboard. Look at the wire colors and mount to a header like the others in your system (red, green, black, and white).

Ok sorry it took so long to reply I don't think it will fit in my case (while looking nice) and so could I take my card reader and make it a usb, It has 4 color wires Red,white, green and 2 blacks, it also has a led on it so I am assuming that one black is a negative and the red is a positive and the others are data so how could I make this a usb and would that be possible? Also do they make adapters to usb? it has only 4 places where the pins could go from the motherboard, as one is filled in with plastic, but the part that goes into the card reader has 5
