First time build, NO idea where to start xD

Hey guys first time posting Well, im loooking to build myself a pc and ive roughly 1500 to play around with. Unfortunately my knowledge in pc components is..lacking..to say the least. I find myself going in circles in a world of confusing words and thousands of options for the same thing, and worst of all never ending conflicting consumer reports! So I've arrived here, please help! Suggestions for motherboard/CPU/GPU combos wud b great! Thanks!
