When i connect my Cpu fan socket its not spin

I have a Asus ( M4N72-E ) ,
When I Connect to Cpu Fan socket , to Motherboard And turn on My PC , Fan does not working , And i Receive F1 error ( CPU Fan Error ) ..
What Can I do ?

For one, make sure the CPU fan is connected to the CPU fan plug on the motherboard:

Its in the upper right hand next to the memory slots.

Second, make sure its spinning. When you get that error its for one of two reasons:

1. The CPU fan is not present, meaning its not plugged in

2. The CPU fan is not spinning.
