Cant play games grafic

i cant find out whmy grafic card is i tryed to uptate befor delete install because then i could see what type crad it was but now i cant anymorer tryied everything each time trying open game, it just shut down and when i turn on computer it comes opp a errer: catalyst control center tells somthing wrong with card only thing i can find out my self is windows 7 home premium 64 bit that i have soooooooooo would been really nice with some help

Are you using the latest version of CCC?

Presuming you have you power connected to the back or side of the card................. go into the device manager. Find your card. Uninstall the card from the device manager ( not physically ). Reboot your machine. After it boots let Windows install the driver for it. If that is successful you can then install the ATI/AMD driver over it. That will give you the CCC.
