Hello there, I am quite new to the forums so sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section.

I am currently building a new computer however my budget is pretty tight. I have decided that I will be getting the AMD Phenom II X6 1090T processor so now I need to decide on the motherboard. I know a lot people have been recommending the ASUS IV Formula but that's too expensive for me. I am looking for a cheap motherboard that has up to 16GB RAM support and that's pretty much it - I am not too fussy about overclocking, though it would be nice to have a mobo capable of it.
I have found these three mobos which have similar prices.

Out of them three, which one is the best one for me to get?
And if anyone knows any better mobo for the 1090T, please recommend so. Thank you!

It actually is for gaming. Why I said that I want up to 16GB of RAM is, I don't like to have a limitation of 8GB where many mobos these days do, though I will probably end up using 4GB at first anyway. Though in the future I might upgrade to 8GB or beyond.
I did a little research, no point getting Intel CPU since they're too pricey, and from the X6 AMD CPUs, 1090T seems the most suitable when it comes to price and performance.

Actually, the X4 955/X4 965 is even more suitable for gaming. The xtra 2 cores don't really lead to improved gaming performance.

The Intel CPUs are more expensive since they outperform the X6 1090T by a pretty good margin.
