Here's what i'm trying to do, and I wonder if anyone has any recommendations. I have one computer that has a TV tuner, and i'm wanting to use it to tune a certain channel, and stream it over IP to remote computers. Sorta like a "poor man's Slingbox" if you will. Does anyone have a recommended tool to do this? I know there's several out there, but has anyone had much experience with this? A free tool is preferred, because this is a short-term temporary project. The video will be SD.
