Cd drive??

My 4 yr old hp laptop pavillion has stopped recognizing the cd drive. Drive removed and replaced. If I remove, jiggle and replace I can sometimes get it to work. any suggestions

Get an external optical drive. If you want to keep using the internal CD drive without jiggling then show it to a qualified technician.
