Help me upgrade my video card toms

I currently own an old PC and am just looking to upgarde the graphics card.
It is a dell E520
Pentium D 2.80 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS 512 MB, clock 567, 8 cores
4 GB RAM
32 BIT VISTA
305 WATT POWER SUPPLY

I know I am greatly limited because of the 305w p/s.
Budget $200

Was looking at GT 240 GDDR5
and GT 430 Please advise. thanks

For energy efficiency purposes you may want to go with ATI.

Might I suggest the 5550 or 5670 at a push?

Failing that, get a new PSU before you upgrade the card.
