My computer is stuttering like crazy when im gaming.

My framerate on all of my games are high (45-100) but they stutter like CRAZY!

I tried dxdiag/defraging/memory testing and nothing else is wrong...

i don't know if this is a problem with my graphics card (xfx hd 6870,) my cpu, or my motherboard. I'm clueless.

my stuttering looks exactly like this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S7MEQKYcO3k&feature=plcp...

noteable games:

SKYRIM...its the fing worst!

Duesx Human Revoultion

Leauge of Legends....yeah even LoL stutters!

the witcher 2

List your whole system. My best guess is a bad mobo, a faulty HDD (but I doubt it), or a slow CPU.
Could you give us more information?

My suspect would be the HDD. Do you have an SSD? If you don't, it's worth looking into.

EDIT: Try re installing Windows. Maybe your anti-virus software is making you lag, or a virus.
Try out Windows 8 Beta if you don't have a spare disk.
