how can i update driver on a fresh system

You have more then 3 options:
1- if your computer have brand name like HP or sony:
-you go to the site of HP and download drivers and you download the latest drivers of the pc
2-if you dont know the computer parts you can run a software called belarc advisor it will give you the components mother of you pc and you download the drivers from the mfg of each
3-if you dont know you product you have to open the computer and write the model of the motherboard and the other compoments and go to the mfg to download the drivers( be carfull to unplug the power before and to emplty the static from your body by touching a grounded metal
