I got a cpu fan question

My cpu fan was stuck for like 20 mins will my cpu fan still be okay? in very good condition? Im worried it will run slower than before..
is the lifetime reduced? is there any changes?? what do you guys think

what I mean was something stopped it from spinning for a few minutes.

If the fan is sticking, time for a replacement. On the question of damage, as long as you weren't stressing the cpu, like gaming, it should be ok, as it is normally not recommended to push AMD chips past 60c and Intel's past 70c.
