New Asus G73SW wont boot

Just purchased,turn it on, Black screen, no POST, am I overlooking something simple

was there a bios startup screen then you could push that change the boot priority to hard drive and see if that works

Hey guys, was just searching through forums with the same issue? Was the issue resolved?
