afaik, ivy bridge's own h77, z77 and z75 prices are not known atm. you can google search for some rumored price points. also check the ivy bridge sticky.
intel's current lga 1155 chipsets like z68, h67, p67 should be able to support ivy bridge after a bios update. you might need an sb cpu to perform the bios update.
imo the best way to determine 'best components for ivy bridge' would be after ivy bridge gets released and tested by reviewers and hardware enthusiast websites like tomshardware and others.
