Best Video Card My 4-5 year old psu can handle?

I was thinking of a Nvidia Fermi 460 but not certain it can handle that. Was also leaning towards a AMD 6850? Trying to play minecraft with ultra settings!
My current setup is a amd 1055t oc to 3.5, 4gb ram, 9600gt.
Jk about mindcraft.. looking to improve BC2 fps and other new games on high settings.
Suggestions with my old psu please. Thanks!

It should handle either GTX460 or HD6850 fine based on specs. Then looking at the brand name, reputation and age I would say would you really want to risk the new $150+ investment on that PSU when a better Quality PSU can be had for $50-60. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...
