So i am assembling a budget gaming pc i choosed AMD FX-4100 AM3+ processor and Zotac NVIDIA Geforce GTX 550 Ti 1 GB GDDR5 Graphic card.

I Have two motherboards in mind:
1) ASUS M5A88-M
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM3Plus/M5A88M/#sp...

2) ASUS M5A78L
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/AMD_AM3Plus/M5A78LUSB3...

The first one is simpler and cheaper and the second one is costly as it has Integrated ATI Radeon™ HD 4250 GPU.

So is it worth buying the second one as i am spending on Graphic card?

If i buy the second one, will its inbuilt graphics(Integrated ATI Radeon™ HD 4250 GPU) add its performance to NVIDIA Geforce GTX 550 Ti 1 GB GDDR5 graphic card?

I'd go for the ASUS M5A88-M. First of all it uses newer chips, which is always good. The M5A78L has serial and parallel ports on the back which are pretty useless. The M5A88-M has more USB ports, Optical S/PDIF out and 6 audio ports. Perhaps you won't use them, but I think that the potential for them to be useful is higher than the parallel/serial. Same for the video out and HDMI ports -- just for backup, but if your main card ever stops working you'll be able to continue working without problem.
